The Laclede County Community Resource Guide identifies a Sheriff’s Office and jail complex at 240 North Adams Avenue, Lebanon, MO 65536, with 417-588-3237. The county directory contact above is the current controlling source. Because the materials use different addresses, phone first to confirm the records counter and mailing location instead of treating them as interchangeable. A separate 417-533-7496 jail lead appears in secondary listings but was not verified as an official county contact.
Circuit Court records: Circuit Clerk Heather Officer is listed at 417-532-2471. Use Missouri Case.net for public case information and direct court-file questions to the clerk. The clerk is not identified here as the custodian of jail photographs.

For a written request, Missouri’s Sunshine Law sets the framework. Section 610.023 addresses a request to the custodian, and Section 610.026 addresses permissible charges. Request an estimate rather than assuming a fee, timing, or photo policy that has not been confirmed by the custodian.

- For a federal or immigration detainee, use the official BOP inmate locator or ICE Online Detainee Locator.
- For a warrant question, use the Wanted Fugitives guide and seek confirmation from the relevant court or Sheriff’s Office. Do not approach a person based on an online result.
- For a correction or removal question involving an originating public record, begin with the agency or court that created it. Missouri’s Section 407.1150 addresses charging a subject to remove or correct covered criminal-record information; it is not a blanket removal order.
